Sunamp Heat Batteries are designed to work with almost any energy source from carbon friendly renewables such as combined heat and power, air or ground source heat pumps, solar PV and even wind turbines. Sunamp Heat Batteries work with solar thermal systems, biomass wood pellet burners, or heat pumps ideally running on off-peak electricity.

Renewable electricity systems are optimised and able to divert any spare electricity to the Heat Battery. Here it is converted to heat, and stored most efficiently until it is needed, rather than the electricity being diverted and sent to the National Grid often for minimal return.
